It's funny, realistically all they had to do was seal the deal with Dolberg and theyd have got away with it for another year, yet they couldn't even do that and now find themselves in a right mess.

It's telling that the things they've said in response are lawells that's the stuff he said years ago when he was running the show and i do believe they are still using the 5 year plan excuse and the champions league pish they are saying is * also, we spend the same whether we qualify or not who the * else does that, what a load of *, this all feels eerily like lawell, i bet he accepted from the board being sacked in COVID year with full confidence he'd be back as quick as they could get him back

That statement last night might just be the watershed moment.

They are always talking about the Celtic family.

If they don't fess up to their fuckups and address it, this will be a disastrous season for us.

The family stuff i believe is true, you only need to look at the football teams to see the effect all this bad running of things by the custodians has had on us as a club and a fan base.

How do they not realise their malfeasance has caused a depression and is spreading through the club and supporters

A family that they happily fleece every season.

A family they Charge 30 quid for a virtual piece of celtic parks pitch.

A family they charge 40 quid for home games against St Mirren.

A family they charge for Hydro shows, musicals, countless football tops per season, trainers, scarfs, t shirts, golf gear, bubble bath and nae doubt celtic branded tooth picks.

There's only one reason they want to keep the family together.

    Interesting here

Bit at the bottom of his post

The CSCs forced their hand and, by all accounts, it was very much against the CSA’s wishes.

Great they've got a vote of no confidence. Change needed and the media attention will ramp up even more now. Idiots criticising the media in their statement won't have helped, they deserve every single part of this. Modernise now.

Feels like the vote of no confidence from the CSA is a pretty significant thing.

Anyone know the actual implications of that? Do the board need to respond, eg call an EGM? What's next?

Genuinely would’ve been better saying nothing.

Shambolic statement. * are they on about FFP for? As if we are anywhere near the limits.

Basically saying all the fans, media, Rodgers, McGregor and that are all wrong and we are right.

I welcome the vote of no confidence, but with us having very little impact in how the club is being run, it unfortunately carries little weight.

Hopefully it builds the momentum, thats the key.

No, they don't need to respond at all if they so wish.

Only through the Celtic Trust, reuniting fans with their shares could fans force an EGM. There's enough shares out there. 10% is enough

In regards to shares, could I for example buy some and have them in my name , but also have them associated with the Celtic trust?

Yes. You can proxy your voting rights to them. That's the idea in principle.

You can't buy shares, unless there was a new share issue (unlikely) but we proxy our votes to the Celtic Trust which allows them/us more say etc.
