Scrape a win against the pot 3 team who will hopefully have a serious off day when they play us.

Even with a few more signings it's hard to no see us taking some batterings this year..

 

Excitement rapidly descending in to fear. Parkhead used to be a stadium revered, feared and respected. Nine points was expected regardless, who we were playing.

Now, whilst players, teams and fans come for the atmosphere they know its almost a gimme.

We've downgraded. My fear is breaking the huns CL worst team record this season.

Unless there is serious investment then the board can sing for their ticket money from me.

 

Why did we offer Taylor a new contract. Both our left backs will be slaughtered in Europe.

Hart is done. AJ will kick Ralston out the team thankfully.

We need a couple of star signings and get rid of the old dross like Hacksabonivoc.

 

The rest of the window?

No need. We're not getting the 5 first team ready quality players we need in the space of 10 days. It’s been absolutely clear the direction this window's been going in for weeks now. So we can drop that one.

But aye, hopefully the draw will be kind. But even then, last year's was pretty decent and we still only managed 2 points and that was with a better team playing a system they knew well.

It's looking very very ominous.

 

We'll see, can only judge at the end of the window.

 

I’m normally quite positive, but this squad will get shat on to hun levels this season.

we are really poor. Hart a year older and slower, both preferred CBs out of gone, LB is ropey.

we will get ripped apart.

 

Week tomorrow until the draw. Would really * me off if we get a soft group that we could do business in but we didn't strengthen the squad for the occasion. How I wish Ange was still here, with the summer business done Ange style. I don't see many looking forward to this draw with any eagerness

 

It's awful but I know money wise champions league is where you want to be. But if we won't spend money we receive from it or compete. I'm kind of hoping after next year champions league (if we win league this season) would be our last due to Co efficiant. Europa league goes into same Swiss format at champions league next season I think we would still struggle but we could actually compete.if we were in it few seasons.

I will wait and see. I was against Rodgers but gonna give him a chance and see what pattern he comes up with in Europe. I always have hope following Celtic... never ever fear anyone but class will undoubtedly tell in the European games but I can always hope and always be positive in supporting them

 

Not feeling great about it. Hard to see getting much at all in the groups.

Have we ever been so poorly prepared for CL football?

 

I think the lack of enthusiasm for the draw stems from the fact that we all know we’re getting leathered, regardless of who we draw.

It could be argued that we are the worst side out of every team currently qualified, and there is a genuine possibility that we will go through our section without getting a point.

 

What results have to happen for us to be in pot 3 ?
