turley must be thinking what the * is going on, rodgers talked him up massively last season, then he signed a contract and hes not been seen since, has he even really played in pre-season? Hes going to be 20 in Januray. This isnt even so much about turley, but the way you treat these guys will come back and bite you in the * if you dont follow through with what you say.
