    Believing in something you don't is 'pathetic' and 'embarrassing'? It * you off that he has these strong political beliefs?

    I doubt you would say it was embarrassing or pathetic if Celtic were planning on signing someone from Apartheid South Africa or * Germany and a fan objected on political grounds.

    I'm not really talking about politics and I don't want to go into it because, to be honest, I know almost nothing about politics - mainly because it bores me and is simply annoying.

    What I do think is embarrassing is the fact that he isn't happy about signing Biton based on the fact he is from Israel. For all we know, Biton couldn't give a * about what the poster on here is against. The fact that you can't seem to understand my point, when it couldn't be made any clearer, just shows how pathetic it is.

    It's all a bit sad.

    Anyway, this thread is to talk about the Israeli player we look like signing.

    you know nothing about this guy or his political beliefs so why the * would you be against signing him. Are we going to never sign an American because you don't agree with their foreign policy. Better yet we could never sign someone from the british isles because the british empires mismanagement of the situation is a huge contributing factor to the whole fiasco that happened after they left.

    Biton Is a FOOTBALLER ! I will welcome him, I wish people would leave his Nationality out of it. I want him at the Club. Lenny, Park and Johan - I am sure don't use Nationality and Faith etc. as the criteria for how good a footballer is and what his skill set, tech is!!

    Aye that guy mentioned Apartheid SA and * Germany, but I'm sure there was lots of lovely people in those countries at the time, just like I'm sure there is alot of lovely innocent people in Israel who shouldn't be discriminated against just because they were born in a country.
