Sore one to take, now relying on Motherwell to take points off them, but we have given them so many lifelines they may actually begin to find form, what better incentive than their rivals dropping points unexpectedly

 

Irrespective of what we think of their tactics, it’s allowed. And it worked. We have played very defensively against Barca before and it worked.
However, we should be good enough with the quality we have to break them down. We didn’t.
We had a glorious opportunity to win it at the end and majorly * up. Proper teams don’t do that, they are clinical. More indication that we are weak.

Livingston were always going to come and play that way, and given the gulf in resources, it’s no surprise. I’ve no problem with that. We should be good enough to break them down though. We made it easy for them.

 

Poor final sub from Ange imo. Giakoumakis was poor all game, Kyogo was anonymous in the 10 when he came on & Jota was our most creative player on the pitch. Giakoumakis off, Kyogo up top & either Jota or MJ in the 10 was the sub to make. We absolutely * it today, brutal.

 

Should have smashed that ball, the *, if he was going to take it - which he had no right to in the first place.

 

You his da? * pish excuse. It’s a dead ball from 12 yards. Any half decent player can hit a decent penalty. You don’t need minutes under your belt should be a strikers bread and butter. Considering the magnitude of the game and when we get the penalty, he’s totally shat it.
But aye, once he’s had a few more games under his belt, he’ll hit them better.

Can't stand * who defend tactics like that. Yes, you'll get a result every now and then but * is the point? They basically made a training session out of today because for a football game you need to do all aspects of the game. Not just one. Is that kind of football the dream of those players ffs?

 

Offered absolutely nothing in that game Hee Haw. Aye over 80% possession but it means fkall we had 2 shots on target we should not be relying on a penalty in the 90th minute to beat this Dross the chance to go top should have been enough to get the squad fired up instead they produced fk all the full game. 2 words not good enough

We dominated possession but so what? Their keeper barely had a save to make all game. It's easy to say we dropped 2 points, move on, but what if we end up losing the league by 1 point? We have added a few players of quality in Kyogo, Jota and Hart but the team itself and the squad overall are still way down on what they were when Rodgers was here and I've yet to see anything from Postecoglu to convince me we'll be getting back to that sort of level anytime soon.

 

Livi won't have another display this season where they defend and be a disciplined as that again all season, well maybe against us.

Frustrating as * but quite a few are OTT with the old emotions, don't think an inquest is needed after that.. we could've been more clinical and they * we were right at it defensively.

 

My thinking is it never really felt like we were going to win

Could be, but the players had more than an hour with the fans behind them.

 

Exactly, if Giakoumakis wasn't the designated penalty taker than it's the captain's job to make sure Juranovic gets the ball. Anything else is undermining his standing and I would question his ability as a captain if he can't impose himself on a new player.

 

A bad result but think that was as much down to livis defence as it was our poor play..it happens.

The peno was a disgrace,not sure what the guy was thinking but calmac done the same and i hope ange puts his footdown and we stick with a designated peno taker and stop this taking turns *.

Still lots to play for and were going to have ups and downs along the way,lets just hope we learn from our mistakes as we move forward.
