Having read about Wagner some more, I'm warming to the idea of him getting the job.

Cracking shout. His Denmark side shortened my life for about a year when I had to endure the nervous game Croatia had against them. I thought we were going to lose.

Age Hareide would be a great appointment in my opinion.

I'm very sceptical about bringing in a fellow Norwegian again. I think the cultural differences in the dressing room between Scandinavia and Scotland is too big for a Scandinavian to adapt. We've seen one of our greatest tacticians, Drillo, fail miserably when he was at Wimbledon in the 90's. Solbakken, regarded as one of the best Norwegian managers the last decade, failed at Wolves. And we all know the story with Ronny. They all lost the dressing room, some worse than others. I suspect our mentality is not very compatible with the hierarchy on the isles and Hareide would probably struggle to get his ideas through to the squad.

Moyes is * brutal, if it’s him then Desmond has stepped in again imo.

I'd rather have Desmond picking the manager than Lawwell. Moyes at least is aware of the need to be defensively solid.

We have the best defence in the SPFL this season so I don’t get your point, it’s going forward and breaking teams down we have been struggling with.

Was thinking more about European results. I'd expect Moyes to make Parkhead a concrete-reinforced bunker. As for breaking teams down- we need a penalty box striker. Leigh would have turned many of our draws into wins.
