Can we admit that this team needs a major overhaul?

To be honest I think most of the players need a good rest, they've played too many games and we've been struggling for a good 3 months. We actually picked up the pace a bit in the last two games but looked * again today, especially the 2nd half we ran out of steam and ened up sitting back in the 2nd half.

 

Money needs to be spent, we are acting like the Scottish arsenal, who don’t spend on players considering they make a lot of money and the owners just keep it.

 

Its a cb and a real qaulity midfielder who can create and keep the ball. Thats all were missing just now.

 

Gk,rb,2xCb,LW,Rw and not projects for the future then if anybody is sold they need replaced

 

Right back has to be no1 priority . Play Ntcham regularly . Get Roberts and Rogic back fit and pick a striker and let him play consistently to find form.

Still looks pretty solid for the rest of the season to me. Compper may well be excellent.

 

We definitely need a new CB, personally I'd go for Vincent Kompany, I think he'd bring some leadership qualities to our team that are badly missing!

We have to have some of the biggest drama queens in football supporting us.

We’ve been missing Roberts basically all season, and Rogic has never really had the chance to get going, we are still in Europe after Christmas (deservedly so) and are running away with the league on top of a League Cup trophy.

We need a signing or two, definitely as things do feel a bit flat but there’s no way in * this team needs a major overhaul or massive investment to get it back to last years type of form.

 

Major overhaul is a bit hysteric. Lets take a breath a look at things objectively.

Thats now a few clean sheets in a row strung together and We have been beaten once this season.

We need a few new faces to freshen things up and return a bit of impotus to the team. A few new faces and the added competition for places will help. We are flat, but after so many games it was perhaps expected.

The winter break will do us the world of good

 

No major changes needed,no wonder the huns treat these games like win,with reactions like this.Rangers are not back.

 

This looks like a team that has had its bubble burst, this has been coming and today they were * poor against a third rate side. Changes are required and some players need a kick up the *!!!

 

We need a ‘keeper, right back (unless Ralston can step up and kick on), number 10, winger and depending on Dembele’s situation, potentially a striker.

 

Bring Rogic and Roberts into that squad today and we win that 4 or 5 nil. We easily got into good positions but lacked a wee bit of creativity. Just look at the amount of times Calmac had a wild striker instead of slipping a pass through.

Even so, we were still unlucky not to be at least 2-0 at the break.

The squad blatantly needs a rest after all these games. Not just a physical rest, but also a mental one. We also need the likes of Roberts and Rogic back and probably a new face or two into the squad aswell.

Major overhaul is embarrassing.

 

Depends what the ambition is.

If it's to win the league by a decent margin, then no we don't need more.

If it's to win all important domestic games comfortably and in style, then yes we need more.

If it's to make a real statement against decent European teams, we would need an overhaul.

 

Nothing wrong with showing a bit of ambition pal. This team did wonders last year, but don't kid yourself, there are many positions that could be improved with a bit more investment.

Not major just need the right signings in the key areas.

It was bound to happen sooner or later the form would drop and we would struggle, this is when Rodgers finds out what players can take us to the next level and which ones wont.

To take us to the next level we absolutely need more quality in and get rid of Lustig, Boyata, Armstrong etc who struggle in many of the big games.

People have to remember as well we can’t be brilliant every game in every season, last season set the mark so high the players are struggling to reach those heights and stay motivated.

The next month is very important for our European campaign.

 

Don't need major changes,2,3 first team starters is what we need imo,some players have been over used and need time out of the side,KT being the main one imo

I dunno about you but I'd sign Mats Hummels, and possibly Isco.
