    VVD is the obvious choice for many but this guys consistency is mad. Does it all with ease.

    It’s actually terrifying how consistent he is. I’m still waiting on a slip or misplaced pass. It’s so rare to have a CB like him, well worth the money.

    Sounds silly to say but it does feel like even now...he's so incredibly underrated.

    I think as well that because he's American he's not seen as this flashy, cool, super smooth European swagger type player which plays into his underrated nature.

    It did take him a minute to adjust to club and Ange when he first came but otherwise this lad has been nothing short of 8/10 almost every match.

    Such a reliably solid player... unreal signing

    The Chameleon - 8/10 every week rarely puts a foot wrong - prob get a 2/3 goals this season.
    Class player and is key to the spine of the team - a player you can trust - captain material - seems mr quiet but i say gets lots of respect in the changing room.

    Id rest him for tonight and save him for the next two games. Id say he is probably our most important player for the upcoming games.
    Obviously theres Jota and Kyogo but I dont think we would feel their losses as much as we would that of CCV.

    I think he's one of those players that although was value for money for us will not likely see a huge transfer away from us. I'm kind of surprised a newly promoted team never took a punt on him from Spurs.
