    Class..

Togetherness is a massive thing. No cliques and bad egg's out. Infectious character's that want to be here is what we need..

Likes of McCarthy will thrive off that as well as Hart..

Feel good factor starting to come back. You can feel it..

Amazing how this club winning and showing signs of progress/something special can lift your mood so much..

Definitely m8. I usually have a wee drink on a Saturday but it hasn't been the same for ages due to the disappointment caused by watching my team struggle on a weekly basis and watching those feckers stop the ten. I know it's only football but it's a large part of our lives and when we play like we did today then, it fairly cheers you up and, as if by magic, my beer tastes like the nectar of the Gods.

Seen so many fans try claim he ain't a captain.

He's not your early 00's\90's type where the ideas of captain still came from the decades before that.

Cal is the modern day captain, captains don't need to be the hard man, the shout bloke with a little fiery temper, no nonsense battler.

He's cool, technical, collected and respected, those are the types of guys who help get the players in pitch through a game, someone who can understand the modern style of forward thinking coach like Ange.

I don't want to jump the gun but I agree.

This is the first weekend I've enjoyed football since prior to lockdown.

Huns losing while the good guys put on a show.

Led by example today. Totally bossed it, played like the best midfielder in the country and Scotland mainstay we know he can be.

He seems to have improved defensively as well. He was closing * down and just stepping in and taking the ball off them today like it was * all.

    What a * guy.

Fair play to him. After last season I felt he was nowhere near captain material but he's stepped up so far. Whole club is starting to feel more positive just now and will that feeling will shoot through the roof if we can get a few more additions in this week.

The way CalMac has embraced the Captaincy and risen to the challenge is fantastic. Really impressed with him not just as a player but as a person too.

Honestly baffles me that you could watch him, his full career from coming in at the very start and scoring big European goals, to fighting through adversity and criticism to become influential under Ronny, to seeing under Rodgers him grow into a colossal talent, scoring against Zenit, seeing the full team relying on him to boss the Bayern Midfield, standing up and scoring and producing the goods in Hun games and the cup finals.

Being the guy that always plays week in, week out. Being the guy that players look to when they’re in a prediciment on the pitch for the pass to get them out of trouble, the running he does and covering for his teammates, the constant talking and helping those around him, the way the rest of the team talks about him and the way he is absolutely respected throughout the team.

You’ve seen all of that, seen it develop through the years and look at that and somehow come to the conclusion he’s no a leader.

    * baffling.

Not just you mate but this is exactly the type of sentiment you always see when the team is on an upward curve. Calmac has always been doing this stuff. When we are winning it's taken for granted then when we're losing it's.....he's lost it, sell him, not very good etc. Then we hit a bit of form and fans rediscover him all over again and start putting emphasis on things they think he's improved on but in reality he has always been doing.
