Stroll in the park for Bayern, Leipzig were never realistically going to keep up.

Hate to say it but Robben was a class above. Dortmund were really poor for most of the game but fair play to Bayern they were just too good for Dortmund today. Felt Dortmund were lacking in experience especially in midfield. Having Reus or Gotze would have definitely helped but oh well.

Bayern now 3 wins from clinching the title if Leipzig pick up maximum points.

    The Bundesliga table is mad.

Schalke, Leverkusen and Wolfsburg are 9th, 10th and 11th. Even Monchengladbach at 9th is surprising.

Not really, they lost their way under Schubert. Were 14th when he got the sack before the winter break.

Aye I mean in terms of the size of the club and the players they have. They have a good squad, from the little I've seen of them. Stindl, Raffael, Vestergaard, Hazard etc. All good players.

Yeah, always had the potential to go * up when Favre resigned though, Schubert was an extremely unconventional appointment even by Bundesliga standards (ie, giving coaches with little experience a go). Did alright last season and got them into the CL but that's a tad deceptive as an indicator of quality as they finished 23 points behind BVB, never mind Bayern (33).

They certainly under-performed in the first half of the season but given that they've managed to recover to about par, still in the hunt for Europe (only 4 pts behind Hertha who're 5th). Big club of course but were in the second division as recently as 2008. Favre really was the driving force behind them becoming regulars in Europe, can see why he's doing so well at Nice.
