I think it was wgs and mowbray who played brown as a dm when he is clearly an am . so its taken brown a little while to get back to playing as an am so let's hope he keeps playing like this . he was immense today . well done SB.

 

I am one of browns biggest critics, but he had a great game today and scored a wonderful goal, and what a celebration near diouf :icon_mrgreen:, Still feel that Ki, kayal, and Ledley are better in CM but maybe broon has a future as a CAM or RM

 

Anyone got a video of his interview after the game? I was laughing for ages at that.

What a performance and what a celebration

 

I really think thats because alot of fans had such high expectations of him when we signed him from Hibs. You can clearly see he plays better attacking than being defensive. WGS and Mowbray didnt play him to his strenghts while Lenny has. If he can keep up his peformances attitudes will change. He played his best game today since the CIS Cup Final against the Huns i think.

 

What a strike topped off by getting it right up that wee fudd. HAHAHA!!!
Must say I have been a big critic of Brown this season but my estimation of him has went right up after his performance today. And not just today, his last few games where he has been playin out on the right he has been superb. Well done Broony....Hail Hail!!

Great goal although he thoroughly deserved to get booked because that is the worse case of intentional staring I have ever seen. Lucky not to see red!!!!

 

Brown's now in his best position on the right side of a central 3 with Commons in a (structured) free role

Brown has played much better since he has moved out to the right, he has little more licence there to attack and be himself. When he was in the middle he too often gave the ball away in dangerous positions. Im pleased for him, as I am for all Celtic players when they start to play well.

For me we are now seeing the true scott brown, the guy was awesome for hibs playing predominantly as a right midfielder??? At least now he is playing there and we are currently reaping the benefits. Cracking goal and even better celebration(still dunno what he got booked for?)

They were praying not to have a replay with there allready hectic schedule and waferthin squad the future is looking good for us tims!!!
