This is a ridiculous story given how average-tastic Brown has been so far this season.

 

I would not put brown in my strongest celtic midfield. He is outclassed by Kayal/Juarez/Ledley and personally, i think Crosas. To get an offer of anything over 5mill for what should be a back up player is a no-brainer. take it! Im suprised at the teams being mentioned and just wonder if this is another case of outsiders looking in and seeing the stereotypical "Scottish Braveheart". hope they dont look any closer and realise he is more like Stevie Fulton!!

I find it hard to believe these rumours are true. But if they do turn out to be true and we get offered 6m or more by someone come January I would happily take the money.

 

Would have loved it if he had been the player we bought from hibs for us but hes not!! So sell for anything we can get imo! There are people of the same or better talent at the club so i dont think he would be missed to badly!! The only concern for me is the continuing lack of Scottish players at our club..BUT if we are winning titles then who am i to complain!!

Heard Inter are only willing to give us £12 mil if we include Loovens in the deal as well...could prove a bit of a sticking point if we need to lose our best CB as well as our best midfielder.

It will hardly be unsettling for anyone to learn that scott brown could be leaving except maybe for Brown himself, that just makes it easier for us to do the right thing and drop him.
