Those of you who are calling for Lawell's head need to get a * grip. We missed out on the CL money yet still spent £8.5M on three players (Fortune, Fox and Ji) found a gem in N'Guemo, a young kid for the future (Thompson) and two new goalkeepers, one of which is more than capable of filling in for Artur (Zaluska, Cervi being the other).

Fair enough Zheng is an unknown quantity but he's not going to cost us anything apart from wages.

A lot of people are just * off because we didn't panic buy at the last minute. Probably the same folk who were praying for Janko - a player who most have only seen clips of on YouTube.

    Reality check needed.

We were * awful all over the park last year from January onwards. Injuries didn't help either mind. Or that big dumpling Jan.

Don't get me wrong, I'd have loved us to get a new centre back, creative midfielder and a hitman on top of what we've already got. But c'mon, we've not exactly got money coming out of our * have we?

Rangers won the league last year because we were so poor. Their squad is now weaker and smaller than last seasons so I have no worries about us winning the league back and hopefully going on a wee run in the Europa League.

    We have bought though mate.

Put it this way, would you rather we'd have signed a past it winger on loan and lost 6 players instead?

it wasnt so much the not scoring goals we were not creating many chances last season. i would def say we are creating alot more chance this season due to tonys system and style. we have scored 9(should be atleast 12) in 3 league games and 3 in 4 tough euro games and its early days and still no settled team.

Save your breath mate some people on here just cant get to grips with the real world, celtic have brought in 6 players already and 2 more in jan....how many teams have signed 8 players this summer,at a cost of aprox 10 million plus.
Then we have odea who just signed a new 3 year deal and caldwell due a new deal aswell...it all takes money.

i think some folk need to calm the f*** down; what exactly was anyone expecting today? several multi million pound bids for players on extravagent wages!? now i admit i know little to nothing of this chinese dude we've signed but c'mon we need to give the guy a chance!

cant believe theres folk actually worried about this rothen guy; probably better than what they have right now but he's not going to win them the league single handed

and those saying lawells a 'disgrace'? utter nonsense; sure i would agree as far as January was concerned but i would say the summers being decent although as always it could be better. its just that some fans need to realize we just cant afford to sign players for big fees and high wages anymore and Fortune for 3.8 million and 20 grand a week is pretty much as far as we can go!

the team from what ive seen so far this season is certainly good enough to win the SPL and make progress in the Europa League and Sunday just past was a game we would have drawn or probably lost last year; i have my full faith in mogga!

Scored 9 goals and conceded 3 in the league, collecting 9 points out of 9 and won away in Europe for the first time in donkeys.

...................and we are out on our erse.

the fact we only bought Flood in January cost us the league and led us to being in a qualifier aginst Moscow , then Arsenal.

there is a bigger picture here.

And in the summer we bought 3 first team players instead of 1 backup. See the difference?
