He correctly set up the style to favor Kenny, but failed to shield Donovan with the right kind of player, or sub Hatate off at HT. Average manager at best.

The state we’re in when we’re cherry picking that point out instead of admitting that he might be part of the problem.

Saint Brendan can seemingly do no wrong.

He needs to * off, it all seems intentional at this stage by all involved board included.

Sounds like a guy with a boring office job being forced to talk to someone about it. His whole tone and demeanour looks like he is going through the motions until he gets to move on.

He'll stay and we'll lose the league.. you'll still have the same delusional * blaming it entirely on recruitment.

    No one is saying that.

The problem is that if the board and the manager are both the problem, then what is the point on sacking the manager?

The same * board will be the ones picking his replacement, and still giving them * all to work with.

This game came at the worst time for us. They are injury free and flying high with momentum behind them. We are struggling with an awful injury list. So there's some mitigation that I would allow for there that would make me hold off making any decision to sack him right now.

The next 3 league games plus the cup semi for me should determine that. Rangers are in an awful mess and Falkirk, Hibs and St Mirren are nothing special. There wont be be the same level of mitigation as there was today.

Honestly though - he just cant seem to get out of his own way now in terms of his approach. Its really lacking in imagination or flexibility. It looks like a classic case of things going stale and a manager who refuses to change from his own his formula.

I dont know what Rodgers mind is. He says a lot of things which would indicate he wants to stay here but theres little evidence of it. I think the likelihood is that, as soon as we went out to Kairat he decided he was done here and that's infected his approach.

Saying that the board and the manager are both the problem but you want Rodgers sacked is like saying "yeah I know my motors engine is * but maybe if I replace this flat tyre it'll be alright"

Thats just one example of many though.

Murray absolutely folded today and Rodgers not only started him but refused to take him over when he had a 5.5m defender on the bench.

Hatate was a shambles from the first minute chosen again over Bernardo (5m) and McCowan (1m).

Nygren isnt a winger being played on the wing while our 3.5m winger is on the bench. Wasnt working in first half, doesnt track for their 2nd goal, then inevitably subbed off.

Kenny starts , doesnt touch the ball, and off. He starts over our 1.5m signing and probably gets nod again on Wednesday for no reason.

So even besides Donovan over a Scottish international, the notion that our squad is so terrible there is literally nothing that a manager can do is an utter invention by the manager.

No one has said Ralston is a genius, he was better suited to an away game Vs Hearts than Donovan, given his experience and Donovan struggled. The board do take blame for downgrading the squad, but let's not kid ourselves and let Rodgers away with some terrible team selections and tactics that aren't helping either and refusal to make subs when they are clearly struggling and need replaced.

Because I strongly believe a new manager is more likely to get better results from that squad of players than Rodgers will do for the rest of the season. I simply dont believe that squad is so poor another manager couldnt figure out how not to lose to dundee and hearts.

What is the argument for keeping Rodgers?

So you think Shaun Maloney will win the league with this squad?

We had a poor transfer window and the squad is not strong enough to compete in Europe- thats 100% on the board .

But our squad is far greater than any team in Scotland. The squad is strong enough to run over kyraid but havent since last year we have been so boring to watch.

Does no one remember last year when rodgers came out amd critised fans because we were complaining about having to start all our attacks from defence.

Say the board did give rodgers money in transfer window there is a good chance he would have wasted the money anyways going by his previous transfers window.

Thank you for your service but please leave
