He is a fan of the club, so I'd hope he would be more willing to do this. Especially after he managed historic success previously.

A press conference would be better. He could reveal the contents of meetings with the board where transfers were the topic.

It’s us a Shareholders, Season ticket holders and fans around the World that should be pushing for change. Fan representation on the board would be my preferred option in the first instance..

 

Him exposing the board could be the first step to fan representation.

 

He’ll expose when he walks at the end of the season, his actions will speak louder than words.. even after making it 8IAR

But if he just walks, will that bring the board down? Lennon walked without a (verbal) bullet fired. I'd rather hear some strong incriminations that would make DD at least react, or force the board to defend themselves.

 

Lawwell and Rodgers will be hunted if we dont do 8iarow still in strongest position given where 2 clubs are.

 

If he walks two years early after another successful season it would say it all and keep his dignity..

 

I'm skeptical about the effects of another silent walkout. I don't know if there would be people protesting after such an event. I don't think anything big happened after Lenny went away.

 

The next 2 windows are crucial to the 9 and 10 and also to keeping brendan here. We have made a balls up of this window. Looking through the 1st team squad there is easily 10 players who arent good enough or are coming to the end of their deals. Anyone think the board is keeping cash aside for the final push to 9 and 10iar? We have the money there, we could guarantee 10iar if we were willing to spend it. Although the board should have built from a position of strength this summer, this could all be easily fixed from january onwards. Hopefully brendan and the board start working together now to make sure we dont have a window like this again. January should be the start of a squad overhaul.

 

I agree with everything, specially the fan representation. Thing is anyone talking of protests or action against the board here is ridiculled, perhaps even with some fairness on it. As it probably will be unfruitful and most fans are unaware and/or dont give a * to this situation.

 

The manager should be given substantial funds in January to strengthen the team, get players in he needs and make sure the team is gelled for the CL qualifiers. If he doesn't get decent budget then I doubt he will stay for the nineth nevermind tenth.
