    Really didn't think it would be anywhere near as close as that. Queen left so much in the tank, don't think they even touched the Highlander soundtrack at all in this comp, literally using anythign from that would've tipped my vote from a 3-2 to a 4-1. That's just me though, others may've gone the other way, so who knows, could've still ended up with a tie, lol. Big Country am surprised by and didn't think they'd get as far as they did, but the proverbial 'little engine that could' I guess, lol.

    Thanks again for running and hosting this @Marty McFly as know how much tie goes into hosting, chasing p for votes, song submissions & everything, let alone the graphics that you've produced for these, which am sure those that can, do appreciate, lol. :50:

    Enjoyed that. Hadn’t listened to Big Country in about 25 years. Took me right back to the start of high school. Music like that just transports you to a place in time.

    There was one or two queen songs that might have made it 3-2.

    I was the same with Big Country, listened to them a lot in my teenage years.

    I swapped my my U2- Under a Blood Red Sky album for The Crossing as we were always borrowing them back and forth.... as much of a U2 fan as I am, I much preferred Big Country's The Crossing

    Would say Big Country were my favourites after my own selection. Love Queen too.

    I know Queen done Highlander soundtrack but Big Country doing Restless Natives was even better in my humble opinion :50:
