Yes it will, I don't rate him as a keeper anymore, simple as. I'd take Cerny from Hamilton right now no danger.


It's not like he's just been poor over the last month is it? The blunders started since the 4-2 Huns game last season.


He's the best when on form, but he's obviously not on form now so he must be dropped, simple as. If a striker isn't scoring he should be dropped, so if a keeper isn't saving shots he should also have the same punishment.



The majority on here want him dropped anyway, and rightly so.

 

has zalska been setting the training on fire, we all know its the defenses fault, as Arthur has been hung out to dry, and most of the goals has been from shots inside the 18 box, nothing more than free penalty shots, and they are the hardest type to save, and all keepers are not expected to be there own defender come goalie, all in the same movement, have you all forgot those goals, the Riordan, millers,ones they are just a few i"ll tell you about, as i said glad the manager has the sense, to stick with him, as you would sell the jersey very quick keep the faith with arthur

Who knows? But there's more chance than not that he's on better form than Boruc is, that's for sure. I think because he's a fans favourite Mowbray is scared to drop him.


How has Boruc been hung out to dry? He gets a game everyweek after shocking performances? Quite the opposite mate!



How do you explain the fact that he's overweight? Not very * professional is it? It's no coincidence that the slim Boruc was in a different league to the now tubby one.

His good periods are getting more and more rare. Still dining out on his excellence in his first couple of seasons but its been up and down since. If he really could still raise big money then we should sell because he just in not all that good these days.

 

well you have a opinion, but why should we listen to yours when the management doesn't, and if you do well at training you get rewarded, and as far as you say the manager is scared thats you assumption, but to me he has already got rid of dead wood that he got in, and that to me shows he has conviction

Maybe if people stopped singing the Holy Goalie song at away games and giving the guy praise that he in no way deserves, maybe the managment team might start to realise he shouldn't be our number 1 keeper.


He's a nervous wreck of a keeper now, anyone who think's he's still world-class need at take a look at proper world-class keepers like Buffon, Casillas, Lloris, Van Der Sar etc. if they made as many blunders as Artur has in the last 18 months, they would have been dropped long ago, not with Boruc though.

just say naka made them look ordinary, they also have to be playing with teams that score more goals than most so, there is never a issue as its a results business we ain't getting it so its Arthur's fault

 

With you caring so much about the defence, I would argue that the Accies defence is the worst in the league. Cerny certainly hasn't made as many mistakes as Boruc this season.


If (When) he makes a blunder against Hearts or Aberdeen, will you be defending him yet again?

Difference is those keepers don't constantly make the mistakes that Boruc does, do they? Boruc has made more mistakes in the last 18 months than Buffon probably has in his whole career.


He's a shocking keeper mate, blunder after blunder, good keepers simply don't make as many mistakes as that, bottom line.

difference also is the trajectory of his form. those keepers keep themselves in shape and maintain good performance over the long term. boruc has what's turning into a long term trend downward in terms of quality. doesn't inspire faith amongst the supporters and to chastise them for that fact is blind worship

This is going round in circles, I think he's a poor keeper (And my opinion is backed up by many mistakes) and you obviously still think it's 2006 and he's one of the best in the world, we'll have to agree to disagree mate.

we will have no conscern about arthur, as long as the team are doing all we ask of them, and when they pull the shirt on, and become celtic men first and formost, and do there best.thats all we ask, and if the words mean anything, what the * do we care.
