He's just signed a contract. A contract is an agreement. So clearly there's an agreement.

He'll be gone, we get the money we want, he gets to go and we're all happy.

    That to me is collusion.

if we got offered ten million for him , then we would sell him. In fact we shouldn`t kid ourselves if we got offer any decent price he would be sold. He would be offered a cut of any transfer to move on. We have always been a selling club, checked your history. No Celtic Board has ever resisted the offer of cash for any player, the best they have done is hold out for the second increased offer.
I suspect the signing off a new contract has been on the condition that the new one give him more control on who he will go to,that is what he has traded. A new contract for a share of the contract fee.

    good on the big fella...

we gave him the stage to shine on...

he has repaid us by guaranteeing a hefty muti million pound transfer fee.

    every player has his price....

but not every player has the club at heart.....

take a leaf maloney ya greedy wee *:50:

This contract agreement clearly suits Celtic more than Artur with no sell on clause. His market value has risen as his cotract has been extended.

Artur was happy to increase his wages substantialy he was obviously ofered a deal hae couldnt refuse.

However Celtic hold all the cards as they can decide when they want to cash in on the player. !2-15 mil I think will see him move on just hopeing it doesnt happen for another 18 months wich was the origional expiry date of his previous contract.
