    Actually think 3 million is good if he is not going to sign a new contract. I think he was once a great keeper back in Strachans day but his greatness is part of Celtic history not the present. We need to move on from guys like Artur and find new heroes.

    Ive got to agree with this

    Artur has 1 year left on his contract & wont sign a new contract. Everybody who said we shouldnt sell is saying Artur is worth 3 mill a season. TBH i think Artur is a great keeper but if he wont sign a new contract & we can get 3 mill for him TAKE IT

    I love Boruc. But if the club can't afford another contract with this wages, and he don't want to accept lesser, £3m. is better than nothing next season.

    Im with the other guys. £3mil is a good deal. As Lawell said in the Q&A, he was on so much money that we cant even afford to offer him a deal at the same wages never mind more. So to get something for him especially 3mil is a good deal. Can be reinvested. Who is to say that Lenny has not already identified a good replacement.

    £3M would be a fair price seeing as he's only a year left on his contract but we need a replacement because Zaluska has not fully convinced yet IMO.

    It's simple. The guy is looking to leave and won't sign a new contract. So instead of letting him go for nothing at the end of this coming season, we can cash in now and get something back.

    Maybe Boruc wants to go because his career has stagnated and regressed since Euro 2008.. Maybe the Neil Lennon era should be defined without relying on players who's hype and hero status exceeds their current ability , players who are not without blame for their part in the previous 2 seasons of failure.. I like to see managers make the call if guys should be in his plans.. £3m is about as much as I'd expect to recieve for Boruc these days..
