Personally for me I didn't as the lad didn't create the situation himself. I did get * though when he faked getting an elbow from Kelvin Wilson in the seond half. That was pathetic on his part. But the booing from the start was a no from me.

    I'm not picky.
Deserved it in my opinion. While we obviously don't know if his manager told him he's playing and that's that or if the choice was his I don't know (although their manager could have had respect and just not picked him knowing the situation), but there is always that chance he could score which can put us out the Champions League (although judging by the way he played today we don't have anything to worry about).

Deserved the booing even more after collapsing like a sack of tatties after the merest of brushes with Wilson and pretending to get elbowed in the face.

He's not that great and we obviously don't need him to win. The man is just doing his job though. It's pretty * to have him play against his own team but I guess Elfsborg were clutching at straws.

I thought the booing was embarassing, until he tried to get a colleague sent off, then it was more than justified.

He knows his Celtic future was in jepoardy already and playing would make it worse. He should have made it clear to his manager he wasn't going to play because his aim is to play regularly for Celtic and playing would make a future with Celtic almost nonexistent.

But he didn't. That's why he deserved to be booed. He has no intrest in a future with Celtic. * him.

The diving during the game just further proved it.

Have you ever been to a football match?

I suggest you take some ear plugs and some thicker skin, it's going to be quite scary for you.

He was always going to get booed tonight, it was inevitable. His antics just intensified it.

He could have easily got Wilson sent off and suspension for * all. So any respect I had for the guy is now gone. So i agreed with the booing ...

    Before the dive no

After the dive yes, at this stage he more or less stopped being a Celtic player and I can never see him play for us again.

Celtic should never have put him in that position, shocking management by the club

Everyone is going on about banguras diving but stokes threw himself to the floor countless times last night
For me he had a job to do for his employers and worked hard for his team, infact looked more of a lone striker than stokes did,
So for me Celtic are the ones that put him in the situation by not putting in a clause stating he can't play against us if the occasion ever arose, and feel the booing was wrong from sections of the support

Didn't boo him, could understand as the game went on why many did. We don't want him we've made that clear, so is it surprising he did all he could to get Elfsborg a result? He was still * though.

As I said yesterday, the only way I would have booed him was if he done something in the game to desreve it, as would be the same for any of their players. And his dive to try and get Wilson sent off merited the booing. He went down drastically in my estaimation when he doen that. I didn't have a problem with him playing, I don't blame him at all for doing so, but trying to get a fellow professional sent off is shocking.

He was in a lose lose situation. If he doesn't play for the team that is paying 100% of his wages, then he would more than likely be frozen out for the remainder of the Swedish season. But by playing, it looks like his career here, if not already, is over. Can't blame the guy for wanting to play football. I thought booing him prior to his dive was pretty pathetic. Afetr the dive, then I've no sympathy, because any player would be given pelters for doing what he did.

Booing is the least of his worries. He'll never be welcomed back now, not after diving about like a * sausage.

Hope the * never sets foot in parkhead again.
