    Was at Mainz from January onwards till now, in Germany, didn't make a great impression, 1 goal and an assist in 11 appearances. He's struggled the past year and a bit since being on the receiving end of a bad injury at Stoke.

    Before then he was in some of the best form of his career. Definite potential is still there, his CV is hugely impressive for a 26 year old, just needs somewhere where he can settle.

    Think it would be a good move, for both parties. We play his style of football and he'd be at the centre of things, perhaps what he needs.

    A front 4 of Dembele, Bojan, Roberts and Sinclair is genuine * material.

    Then have players like Rogic, Griff and Forrest who can make huge impacts.

    Good post, he was one of Stoke Citys better players before he got injured. At Mainz he looked like a player who is getting slowly back from injury and scored a goal and a assist with 8 starts and 3 subtitute appereances.

    A bit flippant with that. Bojan has struggled the past 3 years or so because he left Barca to join Stoke. Money obviously. Underwhelmed even more so when he got going. Big Rogic is in the form of his life but a different player. I think Bojan will fall in love with football again if he came here. Same happened to Scotty Sinclair.

    Btw I was nearly jizzing when we nearly got him on a loan deal 7 years ago. Barca and ourselves had agreed a deal but he was 19 and wanted to stay and fight for his place and his da was coaching there also.
