Thats true. Man for man Irelands squad play at a better level than Scotlands and they probably would have had a very good chance with a really decent manager. Have Ireland appointed a new manager yet or have I somehow missed it? The most experienced top level Irish maager must be O'Leary but he doesnt seem a popular candidate for some reason.
