Better Call Saul

Another slowish episode today. You can see its building into an enormous season though.

I love the Saul/Kim stuff but everything has been building towards the showdown with you know who.

The end of this weeks episode just teased major fireworks to come.

Love it.

There has been so many filler episodes this season, dragging out meaningless storylines far longer than they have to.

Literally just watched Saul and Mike walk through a desert for a complete episode today.

It better be building to a sensational last 2 episodes or this season is being declared *.

 

Im watching it, and enjoying it. Enjoying the cat and mouse game between Lalo, Gus and Nacho this season.

The whole stories been a bit of a slow burner tbf so I'm kinda used to that now.

The final season has been set up nicely! Lalo Salamanca was the best thing to happen S5. That dude is a quality villain.

Kim's venture to the dark side next season could be epic.

More subtle than Breaking Bad..

 

I think all the salamancas play good bad guy parts.hector,tuco,Lalo,the shifty mute twins.hector is my favourite,when he went down to the dea office to do a * in bb was a classic lol.

I thought the last episode of this season was probably the strongest so far.the nacho,Lalo storyline has been enjoyable.loved the tunnel scene at the end.

 

This season has been really good

Lalo is a great character - love the way he went back into the house. * maniac!

 

Thought that season was as good as any of the best BB could come up, having started to introduce the Cartels it's just got better and better.

Fav characters are Mike, the Mexican boy and Lalo is a superb character, kinda Gyp Rosetti type, love him.

 

Finally caught up with this. Watched the first 3 seasons ages ago.

Have to say that it’s turned into a phenomenal show. Season 4 and 5 were great, with it definitely feeling more like Breaking Bad now - to an extent.

Lalo has been much needed to ramp up the tension. Only issue with this show is I cringe every time the cousins appear. They feel so out of place in what is an incredibly well written and acted show.

 

Just read that Bob odenkirk (saul Goodman) had a heart attack while filming better call saul ..thankfully he is stable in hospital thank * .

BTW...I think it's s great series and he's a great actor but I'm not cuming in my pants because he survived a heart attack.
