ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. - AMC announced this week that the "Breaking Bad" spinoff, "Better Call Saul," will premiere in November 2014, but no specific date has been released.
The series will follow sleazy Albuquerque attorney Saul Goodman, played by Bob Odenkirk, as he defends drug lords, criminals and those allegedly injured in minor traffic accidents.

As How I Met Your Mother, the American sitcom, nears the end of its ninth and final series, fans will be pleased to know there will be a spinoff show to fill the void: How I Met Your Dad.
The Emmy Award-winning show is set in New York and is loosely framed by the concept of the main character, Ted Mosby (Josh Radnor) reminiscing about his youth to his two children in the year 2030.
How I Met Your Dad will be told from a woman's perspective, the show's network, CBS confirmed. Although it will be written by Carter Bays, How I Met Your Mother's creator, How I Met Your Dad will have completely new characters and a different setting from Maclarens, the bar where the original sitcom is based.
Bays said: "Also #HIMYD probably won't be set in Maclarens -- new bar for a new show. And likewise the characters won't be on #HIMYM". There will be, however, "lots of surprise crossover cameos".
How I Met Your Dad, however, is not to be seen as an imitation of its predecessor, said its creator. Bays stressed that it will be "its own magical original thing" and wanted the two shows to "stand on their own side by side". -

Just got introduced to Saul yesterday and he's already one of my favourite characters. I'll definately give this a watch when I'm finished with breaking bad.

Pointless show anyway because after the end of How I met Your Mother the * who watch it will already know how she met him. No point in watching a show when you know how it ends. No point in watching it anyway as its gash but still.

Heard a rumour tonight about this show,dont know if much in it.
: I hear that the programme will be set before and during the breaking bad characters,
ie ..when walter white walks into sauls office you can see him in the background of the main characters we are watching in Better call saul...Be really well done if its true
you could be watching a great episode of better watch saul and its set in the waiting room outside sauls office,when a fight breaks out in the background (this is the scene where pinkman smokes a doobie and goes mental in the breaking bad part)
