    What's the best game you've ever been to?.....and why?



    Mine is, probably beating barca, when thommo scored, for obvious reasons.

    But i loved old trafford when we got beat 3-2....losing but the whole celtic end belting out.....CELTIC WON IT FIRST....good craic we had that night.

    Tynecastle the other week is probably up there too, that's the best spl game i've been to, and iwas at all the old firms this season....more hatred at swinecastle.

    My best game is out of 2, For football excitement it would be the Spartak game a couple of years ago when we won on Pens, that game had everything in it, and was great atmosphere. The game though i think edges it is celtic 2-1 rangers when JVOH scored in the last minute and Naka scored that screamer, it was unbelievable

    I was at teh game with teh huns we beat 3-0 and it was amazing but i think the valenica game was above that in atmosphere TBH, teh noise from parkhead that night was crazy, something that ive never experienced before and havent done since.

    I went to the barca one when thommo scored after henkes nod down, but juve by far, * me what an actual game lubo running rings round nedved and del piero, never left celtic park feeling so blessed in my life

    beating united spartak ac milan and shakhtar and hammering benfica are up there.

    and, despite losing the game, the 3-2 game with barcelona :50:

    1st spl would be the 2-1 game at celtic park against the huns when naka scored a beaut volley and big vangoor scored in the last few minutes to keep the season alive and we ended up winning.
    (was behind the goal where big van scored. best atmosphere ever!!!)

    Theres a few, 5-1, 6-2, 3-0 this season against the huns, 4-3 Juventus, 2-0 Liverpool, 1-0 Barca and 1-1 Villarreal are probably the top few.

    I have been to many games, euro final included, Naka Free kick, miss penalty (man u )but the one that sticks out the most has to be the Partisan Belgrade game.

    Probably the 6-2 game. Up 3 nil after 12 minutes, we were outstanding that day and Larsson scored arguably his best goal in an OF game by chipping Klos.

    Other than that, probably the 4-3 win over Juve. Nothing to play for, spectacular goal from Sutton and a sublime freekick from Del Piero in that game too. This game features in ITV 4's "greatest ever champions league nights" as #2.

    Well, the CL games in Strachans time like Man UTD (The Naka free-kick and Borucs penalty save) AC Milan and the Shaktar games stick in my mind. The 3-0 game this year has to be up there too.
