Bellamy Or Given ??

Given by a long shot. We're weak in that position and far stronger up front. Plus arguably Given has a longer shelf life.

 

We are crying out for a keeper who can organise the back four and dominate the box. To be able to bring in someone who will do that and who will also have a bit of feeling for the club makes Given the obviouc choice.
Having said that I feel that Bellamy is the type of player that will have the fans excited and singing a bit louder than in recent seasons.
Both have their own qualities and both are desirable for their own reasons so to ask which would you prefer is quite an unfair question, as one is a keeper and one a forward.
So for me, and in the interests of fairness, I'll go the greedy route and say both!

* Unlike Bellamy, he isn't injury-prone.
* Unlike Bellamy, he isn't a *.

Not convinced on how likely it is we could get him, but I would love it if we did.

I thought Given wasone of the best goal-keepers in the EPL last season, however Bellamy was also one of Man City's stand-out players.

I would go with Given, only becuase our defence is so rocky.

I want to say Bellamy but Given would be a more important signing. Hopefully both though

 

Given would be my choice, always good to have a man with that experience between the posts, he'd keep the back 4 in check aswell.
