It's a game you never expect to get anything from, but right now we're on top form. Barca have some injuries, we have guys coming back and the difference in the team without Samaras, has the possibility of throwing up a bit of a surprise for Barcelona.

Sure, it's one of the toughest games in Europe, but i'm confident we can do something in the game. Dunno why, but i have a good feeling for this game.

At least we can go into the game and use it to judge how the league form translates in Europe, without Samaras.

I don't care about the result! Which is the first time in a long time! But it'll be my first trip to Barca and I just want to enjoy the game. Last year in Turin even though I knew we weren't going to overturn the defeat I was still disappointed, this year whether we win lose or draw the only thing that'll change is my bank balance! 'Mon the hoops!

Seriously, not looking forward to seeing Celtic playing in the Champions League? Seriously!!?? We should embrace every second of this match, goodness knows when we will be back at this level again!
Maybe you would prefer to watch Coronation St instead!

Of course, I don't want it to be a bad score line for us but lighten up it's The Champions League!!! Not The Ramsdens Cup! Get real!:31:

Yeah I'd go with that. Biton or Kayal in there. Samaras has been * useless these days, we play better football without him.

They won't run over the top of us if they play a weakened team, along with Messi being injured, but I still think it will be 2-0 to them.

I'll be surprised if we manage to score, especially since everyone knows its a dud game anyway.

It is hard to believe that many people are talking this game down. We have been looking forward to play in the CL for months and, although we cannot qualify anymore, it is still a CL match against a great football club. After Wednesday, we are only left with the SPFL and the Cup (which can also be exciting of course).

Id like to see us play in the same style as our last 2 domestic games, we cant qualify but at least go out trying to play entertaining football

A result would be papering over the cracks to a certain extent as this campaign hasn't been good enough.

Same team again and I reckon it'll be 0-0.

I do not believe we played that much worse in this CL campagne than last year. On the contrary, at times we were playing really good football (and even better than last year).

As a Celtic fan, to suggest a result against Barcelona in Spain would be 'papering over the cracks' is incredible.

If we get a result in the Camp Nou it will be superb for the club. Our lack of potency from an attacking perspective throughout the campaign doesn't change, we are all well aware what is required and the club knows that.

Will I watch? Absolutely. Am I worried about the score-line? * yeah. They're playing for something. Other than pride (which, I admit, can't possibly be discounted), we're not. Without a pure goal-scorer, I don't believe this team is as good as the club that beat them last year. Not yet, anyway. Sorry.

I have no doubt we'll be back in the group stages next year ... at the very least Celtic will be given honest shots at it, year after year, for what will probably be awhile. I doubt that was our last crack at it.

Oh, and I don't watch Corrie ... maybe.

The only difference between this season's campaign and last season's campaign is a good goalscorer.

Would like to see that team purely because of the pace on the counter attack. Brown Ledley and Mulgrew will also run all game and helo the defence out a lot. Surprisingly not excited, even a little, for this. Hopefully we can get something out of the game though.

The Ajax away game was the worst I've seen Celtic play in ages. The three goals we conceded at home to Milan were absolutely shocking. As I say, not good enough. We missed a trick in finishing bottom of this group and there are a lot of people to blame from Lawwell down to Lennon and the players.

Milan away is the best we've played in Europe in years and the 1-0 loss to Barcelona after going down to 10 men was a huge disappointment. Ajax win at home was excellent too. The campaign could have been very different if we'd had a goalscorer. All in all, considering we lost Wilson, Wanyama & Hooper - nailed on starters last season - and the only player we brought in who really featured was Van Dijk, we didn't do too badly. The only major negative for me was losing 0-3 to Milan, purely because it dented our incredible home record.

Think we were a little bit unlucky in Europe this season, we missed a lot of chances at crucial times in games !! Hopefully go out with a good performance and hopefully some sort of result vs Barca be it a win or draw. Then the main objective will be to strengthen the squad sufficiently, hopefully sign this proven Goalscorer we are crying out for and make sure we qualify for the group stages again next season.

    And basic defensive mistakes.
