he went to the side where he felt he would play more regular first team football.

no doubt the story was to get more money, or was it to make the board sweat and rush the transfer through, so he knew what club he would be at before the WC???

he certainlt didnt show the hallmarks of being a mercenary.

who cares as long as he signed now. we have to be honest here and say that 99.9% of foreigners would rather play for arsenal in the premiership. once he falls in love with the fans i'm sure he'd find it hard to leave the bhoys.

We have to remember if Boruc plays Brillant 4 Celtic+wins us the League+Scottish-cup+hopefully the treble bhoys!,Then he goes of to the World-Cup with Poland+He stays in goal for there games+He shines at the WorldCup,great saves+Penatly saves+My-be save of the Tourament! You never know bhoys anything could happen.
If he does Shine in all of those i mentioned,If Arsenal wanted to buy him after the World-Cup it would cost them a arm+a leg(5/6-million)If they did pay that he would sign for Arsenal easy bhoys:humpani:

If this was the case which it isn't, £6m for a keeper, great business.

That's right and for a small friction of that
money Celtic could buy another young
keeper from Poland (e.g. Fabianski 20
years old from Legia Warsaw) :84:

    All of them!!!
Report in the Evening Times ( and they are normally reliable) states that celtic worked hard for this deal and one point they made sure on was that there was no "get-out-early" clauses in the contract. Fact is if anyone wants Boruc during his contract they will have to meet our valuation.

and our valuation has to be as high as petrov's simply because of the way he marshalls the back four,he's saved our skin on more than one occasion and it's fanstastic seeing a goal keeper pushing everyone forward and barking at his back four, which is something the other keepers we've had in the last few years havn't done, maybe they were scared of bobo lol

What's wrong with selling him for 6mll$ He would be happy to go to Arsenal and Celtic would be happy bec. they they made a bundle of money. Now they could buy another good young goalie (as someone suggested earlier) in Poland (Pl. produces good goalies) and be well ahead. They could even buy Dudek from Liverpool for 3mll. and still have some leftover to invest. Dudek is almost as good as Boruc but his stock is down lately.

no matter if we gonna sell the man or not, right now its only a speculation. stay cool, the media always want to keep things hot as long as they can. besides that the www.onet.pl site that brought the news that started this thread is nothing more than web-tabloid, almost same level like "the sun" or "news of the world". all in all, nuttin to worry about.
