Form is temporary but i'm not prepared to accept it if that bad form lasts for nearly two seasons.

 

I'm as * off as the next Tim with the consistency levels of his performances for the past wee while, but I fully understand that his off the field antics are behind these performances.

If, if, he can get into shape and get the head down and work hard, he'll prove why many Celtic supporters believe he is a world-class goalkeeper.

It's no coincidence that his poor form coincided with his weight gain and media stories.

Would I sell him because of this? No, I wouldn't. I'd work like * to get him into shape because like I've said many times, if we can do that, we have a world-class goalkeeper on our hands. We couldn't replace him with a world-class GK, that's for sure. We're lucky to have the big chap!

 

We are paying this guy a * load of cash to keep us in games (he hasn't been doing this) and that is not good enough especially when you have a good keeper in shape ready to step in when boruc is injured (witch he done and saved us pts). he's a pro and should start acting like one if not then he should get the boot no matter how much he hates the huns.

 

This has me confused this poll... The problem this season and others has been at the back defending. Why would we sacrafice a good goalie when the main area concerned is the defence...

Would it not be better to put the 65k a week into a couple of new strikers who are actually going to deliver the goods and more support at the back

Think Keane is over rated and over paid in the SPL and is now a burden around Celtics neck and costing us financially for no gain

 

ffs man, calm down he had a MOTM performance today. i think he's dropped some weight and his performances over the past several weeks have been much better.

 

I agree MOTM today but as i said if he dose it consistantly then i will be happy for him to stay.

No. We're lucky to have him here imo.

 

You want to keep all your best players but if there's money on the table for him that means it can improve the squad (or balance the books) then the board will probably push it through..

A good defence can get by with a keeper like Zaluska.. Sort the back 4 and the dependancy on the quality of keeper will be less but I'd still prefer to keep Boruc..

 

i said no think he is better than zaluska and to do well in europe you need a good goalkeeper

yah i know, im behind boruc, hes a great keeper, just needs to go running fer a while, get back his form

 

definitely keep him.best goalie weve had in years.we would soon know about how good he is when he wasnt there.think we need to invest in a better defense to help him out though.

 

Boruc could smoke 100 * a day and eat doner kebabs for breakfast lunch and dinner and still be the best player our team have got.
