    A THINK A WOULD HAVE THE KNOWLEDGE TO KNOW THAT WE NEEDED AT LEAST TO DECENT DEFENDERS, AND THAT THE POLISH KEEPERS BETTER THAN MARSHALL, HALF OF THE PPL ON THIS FORUM COULD HAVE PICKED A BETTER SIDE TO GO OUT THERE TONIGHT

    well weren't you that after the Basel CL defeat? still nothing has changed, now strachan shoudl get his chance to turn things around, but forget CL this season

    Why did martin leave? we're * to the end of eternity! no more money will evr be spent on transfers if we can't get in to europe! * * * * *! I was happy with telfer and Maloney, the rest are a bunch of over paid *! They rolled over and died. If MON was manager we would have won 5 - 1 after being 1 - 0 down at half time.

    Anyone who backs Strachan........

    is not a real supporter of Celtic Football Club.

    He's had a chance and failed absolutely miserably. This isn't a Wim Jansen lose 2-1 to Hibs scenario. I'd fully expect Hibs to bury them over 2 legs. Strachan has shown in 90 minutes that he is incapable of taking charge of a big club. Best option is to cut our losses and bring in a man with a track record in european competition.

    He was a cheap option for the board, and I for one, would rather Tony Mowbray have been that cheap option. At least if it was 5-0 with him in charge it would have been lost with a bit of class and finesse.

    Not really. All you need is to sign Stefan Selakovic, Kim Kallstrom, Mike Duff and maybe To Madeira.

    SPL will then be yours, atleast until my beloved Gretna challenge you.
