    Been really impressive today IMO. Solid defensively and he's taking on players quite a bit. His attacking play is still a weak point, as you can see he isn't very confident charging at players. Overall tho, I think he's been really good.

    Still unconvinced with Ralton, albeit he played well today. He's a tank but he's never impressed me much on the ball.

    I agree he has a long way to go in that regard however Tierney took time to develop his technical ability also.

    If you take into consideration that he is 18-years old, he shows great signs of a good RB. Needs to work on his technical side of the game.

    I remember when I first saw Tierney I wasn't too enamoured by him on the ball. Ralston has the physique and if he can improve on his technique we have a player.

    Rodgers really likes him and always mentions him so that must tell us something.

    Extremely unfair to compare an 18 year old youth player who has what 3 competitive appearances to a 31 year old international who has played in the champions league and is our vice captain. Even comparing him to Tierney who is probably our best prospect in a generation is a bit unfair.

    I'm comparing him to what we have, regardless of their credentials. I know he has alot of room to grow bit those are the benchmark

    Thought Tierney was like this when he first came into the team, he always made sure he done the simple things first & didn't really get forward much. This changed once his confidence got better & the club worked with him. Always remember when he first came in, Bitton always came over to the left to help Tierney out when the opposition keeper was punting the ball long. I can see the same happening with Ralston & he will progress.
