Everyone is entitled to their opinion on which season is best @celtic warrior but @aliceinsound has expressed it better than I could for why it can be argued Wims single season was a bigger achievement.

What Ange looks likely to do this year is certainly remarkable but for me I don't think it's even in the top 5:

    - 1967
    - Wim Jansen stopping the 10
    - Invincible season (treble)
    - O'Neill treble in first season
    - Seville season

Possibly there are others. Really, really enjoying this season. With the exception of when Henke was in full flow and dovetailing so well with Sutton possibly the most entertaining football I've seen us play. Ange is some man and I really admire his philosophy and approach but we've had at least 2, arguably 4 other managers in my memory taking charge under similar circumstances and making it work. There is a high bar at Celtic, as it should be I'd say given our history of success.

Hoping Anges journey with Celtic has just begun and he ties up the league for us this season, and then eclipses that achievement next season.

Tbh I am probably suffering from a hazy memory of the past when it comes to 98, even though I would be turning 11 that year, don't really remember much from it.

However can picture in memory the coca cola win and the celebrations of that as I was up with my grandparents in Glasgow at the time.

Obviously there are some massive memories for Celtic in recent times starting with Wim, sure there has been some * but inbetween, Barnes, Mowbray and second coming of Lennon. Jesus have we seen some success.

My most nostalgic memory for me is Harston banging that absolutely stunning goal against Liverpool. That season was something despite how it ended.

My hope with Ange is that we get a good 5 years out of him, especially if recruitment is right for next season again, there is no telling what he could achieve.

I don't know how to explain it myself but Ange honestly have got me feeling things for celtic not even Rodgers invoked when he was bringing invincible trebles. I feel like a teenager again watching Celtic under MON.

100% agree, the feeling I had when we stopped the 10 was unbelievable.

If we do go on to win the league it will be an incredible achievement for Ange.

I'm always one for being respectful about what the other Scottish clubs have achieved and happy to take into account limited resources etc.

However, Postecoglou simply has to win this award. * Campbell has done amazing stuff with Arbroath, but they haven't been promoted yet. Even if they managed it, the sheer revolution of Celtic when you take into account all of the complaints we had at the tail-end of last season is just sheer amazing.

Malky Mackay and Robbie Neilson are plausible contenders, but they're clearly only in there as back-ups. Steve Clarke - nah.

Greats jobs by Thompson and Hartley but think thr shortlist is about right. Hard to say who will get it either Ange/Campbell/McKay would be the shortlist if it was cut to 3 IMO.

I don't remember the season much but it just felt so good winning it and that is what I really remember , last time Celtic won a league I was 3 and that also helped enjoy it. I was really worried they would break our record.

Regards to manager of the year, I think that the candidates are quite fine. I think Ange should win it but I can easily see Neilson or Clarke getting it.

I had a dream about a year ago that we won the CL too. We beat Barcelona 3-1 in the final. Not sure what year it was but I can still remember the dream.

Was one of the best feelings as a Celtic fan, I was 16 nearly 17, I remember the 89 final being there and then the disappointment of the 90 final against the sheep until Hampden 95 with PVH winner.

If Ange doesn’t win it if we win the league then clearly we know all of the establishment is hurting

Beyond a no brainer considering what he has to overcome to get to where we are now. Will be an absolute disgrace if he doesn't win it.
