Most were good normally, but not for Maeda's height. Coming from Japan, crosses tend to be low and not so high.
Japanese players are not famous for jumping and scoring with headers from crosses.

That's why I said they had to be more measured. However Abada has scored with headers from crossed balls from the left, but he has time to time his run from the right, when he comes to the ball.

Maeda has more trouble with those crosses to the middle because he is forced into a standing jump to get to to the high cross. They need to be measured for him.

Just for context for everyone as well our last win before ange away against hibs was in 2014, it’s not an easy ground to go and while the performances recently haven’t been great some of the criticism of ange has been over the top considering the form since the break

I think the concern has been highlighted more because overall, our play has been fairly poor for a few performances now. Resting several first choice players on Thursday and then the team offer that performance yesterday. I can understand a bit of the frustration.

The truth is that fans never want to see their team lose.
Ask fans of teams in the SPL who have been defeated this season, especially at home.
There is not a team in the world that has not lost games.

For me, we should have come away from Denmark with a 2-2 score. Maeda and Abada should have netted with low shots, having the net at their mercy.

Bodo had the advantage in the second leg and we blew our opportunity to win in the first match at home.
Bodo had the synthetic pitch, the freezing conditions, us having to travel to them, and the psychological advantage of having beaten us with a good score in Glasgow. They were in the box seat, we were up against it.

We lost in Europe. Reflect, re-group. and move on. Bodo was the better team for this tie. Celtic have been there before so we learn and we get better for the experience, rather than be bitter about it.

The SPL title is our main concern and we can do Europe again next season with a settled squad and what these lads have learnt together this season.

I am sure Roma have put the Bodo games behind them, and they conceded more goals than we did.

Onwards Celtic, your people await !

He can’t win in this situation though, If he hadn’t dropped players on Thursday then drops points to hibs he would have been slated for going full strength in the Thursday game

The performances have been poor but again we need to remember we have been without Kyogo and turnbull for months and have still been grinding out results imagine the huns losing Aribo and Morelos for the same time frame and the difference in results that would occur for them

I don't care about the resting thing at all, I still think it was the correct call at the time. As bad as we were against Hibs, it's still less minutes in key players' legs in what is going to be a hard and tiring run in.

The last few weeks have shown that we probably aren't as far along with our playing style and squad as we thought, but the massive positive is we now have an even bigger lead at the top.

We just need to get 9 from the next 3 and then regroup at the internationals.

Well said mate. Also has to be said he's not the first and wont be the last manager in charge to not win at Easter Road. We have a terrible record there over long peroid of time.

In fact it could prove a very valuable point, think Hibs will eventually improve under Molony

Celtic Star reporting Celtic vs Rangers match to be played at Sydney's Olympic Stadium at the November window.
Ange wouldn't be the only happy chappi if that comes off.

Chances of that is zero to foursome with Gal Gadot, Margot Robbie and Lolly Badcock.

Love the guy. Some mistakes and ruffled feathers on the journey but massively turned us around and we aren't even the finished article yet. If he can figure out the low block conundrum and improve the quality in a couple of postitions then I think he could very well blow everyone in the league away.

The low block. The mystery tactic even the world's best teams can't figure out. Arguably the best Barcelona team in history couldnt beat our version of the low block. Just one of those things.
