I did. I don't anymore though haha. It's not who I thought it was that's for sure.

 

That last episode (10) was maybe my favourite so far, so many good monologues and great acting by everyone involved. The last line Kino says was heartbreaking!

 

Fantastic TV. The acting, cinematography, script and tension is right up there. Might be the best SW content I’ve watched since Empire Strikes Back.

Star Wars for me doesn’t get much better than this, and this is without people using the force or lightsabers or anything. That’s how good this series is!

 

Glad the reviews in here are good, I’ve got it all to watch when I’m working away next week.

 

It’s a bit of a slow burn for the first 2 episodes but it picks up after that

 

The ending of that last one was brilliant, the space scene and then the music in the very last part before the credits (and into the credits) was beautiful

 

Tremendous finale. If there was one minor gripe it was that the funeral scene dragged on a little bit but it’s such an insignificant issue. Set up nicely for another season.

Mind and watch the credits at the end, little bonus scene after the credits have rolled.

 

Scrolled past comments @Sean Daleer , keeping this (based on your earlier reviews) for when the schools are off for Christmas, a couple of days of bingeing.

 

Lucky you mate. It's tremendous. Possibly the best SW content since Empire Strikes Back.

Mandalorian in February

 

I started watching the other day. It’s really great. They need to start giving these creators the reins to the whole franchise. You genuinely only need to watch about 30 minutes to see the huge gulf in quality.

The movies they could make..

 

Yeah there is so much care and attention went into Andor and Mandalorian especially. All you need is to hand it to people who care about the SW universe and let them work their magic.

Some of my favourite aspects of Andor was the cinematography. The last episode jumped from Ferrix and the working class uprising, to Mon Mothma and the upper class working their own agendas. The stark contrast in settings and backdrop was impressive. You really got for a feel for the raw grass roots rebellion on Ferrix.

 

i wasnt expecting much from this after watching the first season of the mandalorian which i wasnt too fussed on but turns out its * brilliant ,2 years till the next one obi wan kenobi you are my only hope!

 

This has been excellent so far, just finished the episode with the Miami Vice vibes, lol.

 

That was amazing, although woulda been happy with just that leading onto Rogue One.

I've loved all the Star Wars series.
