I think his hold up play is good. Not easy to get off the ball and brings others in to play. 2 goals with his head as well. Edouard doesn't score those two.

He reckons he has nothing to prove,I think he has to prove he ain't a fat waster.maybe with a run of games if he keeps banging them in there will be enough evidence to show that

He does hold onto a ball well as he is strong and he also runs with a ball pretty well also but he's slow as * so the problem is even though he can do that it doesn't come to much. He is just too slow really to play for us, he can't get about the place quick enough to get involved in the game even though he is technically decent with decent hold up play and a good goalscorer he doesn't suit us at all.

I think if we can get his confidence up he'll be a good option to have. Offers something a bit different. He's never going to do what Kyogo does for us but there will be games where his attributes will come in handy.

At present that's all we have up front and hope he can do the business in the six games and why is the Greek striker not even fit enough to come on for the last 20 minutes of a match .

Think he's another with major attitude problems.

Straight after his 2nd goal I think, young Montgomery came up to say something to him - maybe related to a previous passage of play or the lead-up to the goal and he just basically told him to * off.

Brilliant to see the harmony and good will between the players.

Exactly. Fine as a squad player but as a first choice Celtic striker that will lead the line for us in big games?...never in a million years.

Strangely angry thread for a 3rd choice striker that came in and scored a double.

He's a £5 million pound striker. He wasn't bought as 3rd choice. The fact he has been * and looks like he thinks he's far far better than he is, is why people are not happy.

    Nothing strange about that.

So? He’s now 3rd choice striker int he. He came in through injuries and lack of fitness to others and worked hard and scored 2 goals to show he can be relied upon more than we thought.

If ye get yer frilly knickers aw bunched up about that * need to get a * life.

How dare the * score 2 goals to secure the win for us, who does he think he is the smug *. * audicity :56:

Only seen the highlights. 2 goals so can't complain when he had to really bag yesterday..

The chance early on he was terrible with though. Never looked likely and should've slipped it across for Abada. Don't even think he looked up. Was slow to get it going. Got it caught under his feet. * poor back pass effort..

I’m happy for the guy. Obviously it helps us but it will do his confidence wonders and I think he will kick on from here. Needs game time and he hasn’t really had a regular run at Celtic.

Bet you he’d bury that if it came after the two he scored, that was the finish of an extremely nervous unconfident guy.

That's a very fair point to get fair..

The 2 goals won't do him any harm but I'd like to see him score that first kinda chance soon. It would give him a lot more confidence if he could peel off, run though on goal and slot it away well..

The header was almost acrobatic and was a really good goal.

I get your point but apart from his goals yesterday I thought he was dug *, I can’t see him fitting in with the type of football Ange wants us playing.

If Kyogo’s no there, and the big Greek’s no available and he can come in with * movement and knock in a few goals then am happy with that for a 3rd choice striker.

I disagree his movement was * btw, was good for the two goals and the shiter he missed first half and had a few more. He’s just no Kyogo level
