In what way is she a *?:56:

Sounds like she didn't want to hurt the OPs feelings. Can't believe her kissing a guy on a night out makes her a *...

Sounds harsh. But once you get used to a knockback you'll realise it's not that big of a deal. You deserve immense credit for putting your balls on the line mate!

Asking someone out is by far the most difficult aspect in my opinion. It sounds like she wasjust trying to spare your feelings. I wouldn't stress too much about it. You never know though, you could still be in there with a good shout. But read the situation appropriately, don't be right in her face pestering or that. If she's keen great, if not get about some other chicks. If she sees or even hears about you doing well for herself you might find her interest in you inadvertedly increases! I've shamelessly used that tactic in the past if I am being brutally honest...

I had a big drought last year, never even pulled a bird until new year! Felt really down about it all and what not. I got myself into the gym, looking a * of alot better and I have now 'pulled' 7 times in the last month.

It's really difficult, I completely sympathise. But you've got to just take the hit and get right onto the next one!

She made it sound like the only reason she wouldn't go out with me is because she was seeing someone but obviously that wasn't the issue.

I know I shouldn't get hung up on it but it's really annoyed me being lied to. I'd rather she just said no you're not my type.

Yeah but then she would have felt bad for being rude to you. Sometimes it's better to tell a white lie than cause potential friction.

It's an exceptionally common excuse. If you keep trying with other girls, you will make progress man.

Agreed, ridiculous to call her a * cos she rejected a guy and pulled another guy whilst (probably) being single:97:

Nope wrong. It's a * way. 'Kinda seeing' isn't exactly concrete so thinking that that was the only barrier gave me hope but then to just find out that I'm a barrier is well like being kicked in the *. She's free to pull whoever she wants but the fact that it was a work mate was a second kick to the *.

Yeah, but she has feelings as well. Maybe she doesn't like being rude to people she knows... Maybe her opinion changed, as they can quickly do at times. Maybe she was having a rough day?

Either way, get right amongst the other girls. haha!

You ever told a younger relative that Santa is real? Told them stories about going down chimneys etc? Why did you tell them stories such as that?

It's human nature for most people not to want to hurt someone else, often leading to white lies. She clearly doesn't like you but perhaps didn't want to hurt your feelings and cause awkwardness at work. Get over it, it's not even like you were ever seeing the women?

I think your being overly sensitive. It doesn't matter if she pulled you work mate. She can pull whoever she wants like you said.

She was letting you down gently as well. Which is better than crushing you.

    Move on and forget it.
