    Matthews isn't going to walk into the team after M. Wilson's performance this season. those who wish to incorporate him in the back four by moving M. Wilson into centre back are just plain mad. i want a centre back playing in centre back, have we learnt nothing from this season? our defence needs improving, not a reshuffle!

    i heard that too. i think his versatility will deter Lennon to bring in another Midfielder/winger as long as Cha stays. would mean more cash for goalkeeper, centre back and striker.

    either way he's good cover to have for Wilson, lets face it Wilson playing all the games next season is a big ask. Pre-season will tell a lot.

    No chance in * Mark Wilson should lose his first choice status, he has been superb all season, is a great professional and a Celt through and through. Matthews is only 19 I think so he's a good prospect to have for the future. I think Wilson should be vice captain.

    Did anyone else watch the scotland game last night ? I thought that when he came on he looked good execpt from the goal. He has got pace, tall, can attack and is not to bad defensivley. Think neil has got yet another player with alot of potential :icon_mrgreen:
