    There is a difference between what i said, and what you are inferring.

    Seriously, highlight anywhere that i said it was fine!!!! I said it was not in the same league as what Jimmy Saville did, and then insinuated that for a young man, it was not exactly a heinous crime.Yes, it is a crime, but people need to get some perspective!

    4-10 years ffs for maybe doing this or that with a 15 yearold is about the same as the sentence he would have got for actually stalking a woman and actually forcibly raping her!!!

    There are 10's of thousands of teenage pregnancies a year in this country, and for every pregnancy, there are multiple others having *, and they are not all doing it with underage boys!!! The sentence is ridiculous.

    He isn't any where near jimmy saville though that * raped wee girls and boys for decades and had * with dead bodies amongst other things. What has happened her does bring up a good debate about age of consent considering if this happend in Sweden or Germany this would have been legal. Not taking away from the fact that he is a nonce and obviously he deserves jail time but still it's interesting to think about.

    Yes, but not in the eyes of the law.There is nothing that i am aware of in law to suggest that the sentence should be different if the perpetrator is 16 or 65.
