    probably because he didnt plead guilty, so there is no sentence discount, he is in danger of getting the max which is probably the 10, unless the law has been changed, he will do half the sentence before being considered for release makes it 5 years

    He's been earning 60 grand a week for the 10 month's since this first came about. Plus the millions he's already made..
