    It's situations like these super injunctions were designed for, the guy even if proven innocent will have that tag hanging over him his whole life, which would be a real travesty.

    If he didn't know she was young then it's a shame.
    The girl obviously knew what she was doing if it's true that they met in a pub/club.

    The way i see it is the lassie played with fire and got burned, her "impersonating" a 18 year old is just as bad as the guy not checking to see if she was of a legal age!
