Hmm.. Another difficult one. You're always going to believe your little sister, for example, if she starts telling you something along these lines. It's not an allegation then in your eyes but simply the truth.

I think it should be illegal for families to spread the alleged criminal's name in this instance, but I wouldn't condemn a family for doing it while it is legal.

Irrespective of what we all say here that's the crux of the matter.....she's a minor, still classified as a child. I would like to think that every man on here and that includes the ones still at school :smiley-laughing002: would be gunning for anyone who took advantage of their teenage daughter. And for those who say it's not fair to be calling it "taking advantage" .....as a father I assure you that's what you would all be calling it A father would see things very very differently.

We have to have a cut of date from childhood into adulthood and we could argue about that one all day but it's debatable if 16 is the right age. Imo 16 really is too young to marry but that's for another thread

I have loads of nieces but 5 in particular were stunning at 14/15 and have matured into lovely looking young women. I watched them at that age dressing up and trying to act * and it was so easy to see through the act when you got into real conversation.

 

What would also help in these cases is if the establishment she was in was also investigated or lost its licence.
Same with the doormen who let her (and no doubt her underage mates) in as well.

Only way were going to stop vulnerable young people from getting wasted in a place where for 90% the aim of the game is to get pumped.

As usual the club where this was allowed to be cultivated gets off scot free.

I know but I'm trying to get folk away from the generalisation that 15 yr old girls tend to be more mature mentally than 17 yr old boys because, as a female, I think it's nonsense Nonsense is actually the word for it.......boys and girls their heads are full of it only difference is the thought processes :smiley-laughing002: Girls can do themselves up to the nines all they like but once an * is in conversation with them it's not too difficult to pick up the signs of immaturity.........when that happens alarm bells should be ringing in a guys head I'm relating to this through a female perspective though and if you guys really think that you know better knock yourself out :smiley-laughing002:

 

To be fair my we cousins 15 n looks older than ma 26 year old gf. But as you say, easily tell when talking to her though.

Dare say it would be harder for a footballer to engage in a normal conversation. Probably that used to girls fawning over him, well his money, that they only talk about him anyway. Can't imagine there was much intellectual debate going on.

A few cases involving female teachers and underage pupils have gone before the courts recently.

 

A paedophile is a paedophile irrespective of gender. We've seen court cases involving women and boys in recent years.

Edit as for the poll, yes both parties should remain anonymous.

 

It can be hard to decipher ages in young woman(18 and over). Some look and appear more mature than they are. However I find it hard to understand that Johnson and the nightclub venue couldn't notice the difference with a 15 year old(allegedly).

As for the poll, I voted "Yes". It's becoming almost impossible to have anonymity in society in these instances.

 

Not outside of school, and they very rarely go to prison...
