I get that the length of this saga has probably soured it for some, but I'm still really happy with this.

He's a player that made a humongous difference last season, I don't see us winning the league or Scottish Cup without him.

I think the game at the weekend is a good example of where he'd make a difference. We won comfortably of course but being able to bring him on as a sub instead of Mikey Johnston is massive.

But, we can't criticise the board for not spending cash and when they do criticise them for spending too much..

It’s almost over the line, the fee to some may appear a bit high but the gaffer rates him we know what we are getting. If he scores 20+ goals a season over the length of his contract it could be great business.
