Disappointing result today against St Johnstone, but we can't dwell on it too much. 2 points out of a possible 9 in the last three domestic games is pretty shocking for a club like Celtic, but we need to get back to winning ways here.
Forster
Matthews Ambrose Wilson Mulgrew
Brown Wanyama Ledley Samaras
Hooper Watt
With any luck, Billy Stark will exclude Mulgrew and Commons from the squad for this stupid Scotland friendly coming up and they'll be fully fit for this game.
Also, it's imperative that Watt starts this game and doesn't just come on at half time like he did today. He'll make an impact regardless of when he's introduced, but we need him on from the beginning to cause them problems.
We've been playing better away from home than at Celtic Park so far this season, so I'm going for a pretty straightforward 3-0 to the Hoops here :shamrock:

Looks set to be a cracker. Would love to go to it, never been to Pittodrie!
Who'd have thought when we let him go that Niall McGinn would become such a goal machine!? :smiley-laughing002: Well done to the lad though I hope his scoring streak stops next weekend! :50:
We tend to play better away from home and there's Euro places to play for. I've little doubt we'll see a far better performance than today. -

Celtic will start picking up points more often after the champions league games, i'm not worried, we dont have the sevco scum in our league so the players can relax a bit more, not that i'm saying we should show no respect to the other SPL teams.

Early kick off
Pittodrie
Aberdeen playing well
us-below par
equals - hard game and tough to call
lucky to come away with a draw, if we are not in the right frame of mind. -
I think we may see a wee 3-0 victory here lads :icon_mrgreen:
Can pretty much guarantee the squad will be at almost full strength, probably:
Forster
Lustig Ambrose Wilson Matthews
Brown Wanyama Ledley Mulgrew
Watt Miku -
3 points is a must.
-
Forster
Matthews Ambrose Wilson Mulgrew
Brown Wanyama Kayal McCourt
Watt Hooper/Miku -
I've not got a ticket for it. Hint hint.
I must have the shortest walk possible to the game. -
Forster
Matthews Ambrose Wilson Mulgrew
Commons Wanyama Ledley Samaras
Miku Watt
Thunk that's our strongest team at the moment considering the injuries. The question is, do we start players who have something to prove or with players who have already proven themselves recently? -
Definitely think we need to rest/rotate/drop a few players.

Think we'll win comfortably, but not play too well 3-0. Watt must start and we must play two up front. Hopefully Hooper/Forrest are back aswell.

Will be a very hard game. I want to see a lot of rotation between the front 3 and good support from the full backs. Broony and Kayal will give them plenty of protection so they can bomb forward
3-1 -

We are much more suited to playing away from home.
I don't foresee much problems here.
2-0 to the Sam Brownes. -
Not looking forward to this game, if truth be told. First goal will be vital. Aberdeen playing some good stuff this season, and frankly our domestic form is nothing short of woeful bearing in mind we average under 2 points per game which is actually just pish.
Be interesting to see who will be available in terms of return from injury.
I'll go for a 2-1 Celtic win, purely because of the fact i'll never back us to lose domestically........ -
Must win for us!
Hopefully Hooper is back.
