Aalborg Aftermath Thread

It's all about points of view Kennie. It's hard to be totally objective when it's about your own team. I don't see the Danish fans as being disrespectful at all, but I feel a few of our members have been a bit disrespectful towards them, that's all. I certainly don't see the use of a slagging match. I also think Aalborg wouldn't be relegated from the SPL either. Again, it's all about points of view really.

I certainly never meant to step on anyone's toes here. As I wrote earlier, English is NOT my first language, and even if I manage to write partially coherent sentences, the message may come out harsher (or weaker) than it was meant.

I really just wanted to say thank you for a good time. It was amazing to meet so many and so extremely friendly Celtic supporters in Glasgow and Aalborg. Haven't met the likes of you anywhere in Europe.

And I agree, Celtic WILL and should bounce back to European quality, where teams like Aalborg (unless we create our own little miracles) should be walk overs. Home and away.

Nothing wrong with your English or your post at all Bogehoj. I've seen it from the other angle myself. Just some people wrongly interpreting what you were saying. I think they probably realise that now, hopefully. Glad you had a good time and glad our supporters lived up to their reputation. Good luck in the next round btw.
