Anno mate its hilarious ain't it? In my opinion Strachan has done nothing wrong to warrant these calls for his head. I am 100% behind the wee man and i hope hes here for many a year to come to be totally honest.

Edit: The anti-Strachan brigade are vultures who wait for things not to go our way, which lets face it hasnt been alot since he's been here, and then they start whining, moaning and complaining, calling for his head. Ridiculous.

Edit Numero Dos: Its all good saying you'd take Martin O'Neills team NOW, but that is the past and this is the present, due to forces that we have no control over noone wants to play in the SPL anymore. THAT isn't Gordon Strachans fault.

eh...so three CL qualfications in four years and two last 16 are a problem even though the much vaunted MON never once made the last 16 and didnt even win the league to qualify for CL 40% of the time he was here. WGS cant be more successful than MON at both home and Europe if he doesnt have something about him. You cant explain away all his success as luck. If its luck then * dont through away our lucky charm!!

Vultures is the right word. All's been quiet the past few weeks from certain individuals as we've been playing magnificent stuff. Some people have an agenda and are waiting for the right moments to get the knives out. Its disgusting and glad that I'm seeing more and more posts on here actually defending the team.

Aye, i'll admit when Strachan was first put in charge i wasn't sure he'd take us anywhere, but im fully committed to supporting him in everything he does now. People say the last 16 in the last 2 years has been a fluke, but im of the belief that you make your own luck in this game.

The man has done a great job since taking charge. Every team has ups and downs we should remember this, and also remember that we are not world beaters. We are (Barcelona excluded) undefeatable at home in this competition, and i believe that the first away win in Europe that we record will send us on to do many more, all we need is that one win. Sadly last night wasn't our day and now its time to focus on what's really important. The Domestic Treble.

question is why do they have such a lack of good will to WGS? In fact a lot seem to really hate the guy. There is something not right about that and I would love to be able to look into peoples minds and see what their real reasons are cause it just doesnt make sense and I suspect its their ugly tribal psyche and WGS not being a tim thats at the bottom of all this for many of them.

I dont care who he supports, he has won the league for us on 3 occasions and took us into the last 16, and nearly the last 8 that time Milan put us out in extra time.

The man is an honourary tim in my book.

Your magnificent stuff against hamilton and st mirren, dont talk bawz mate we have been * the majority of the season, we also got pumped * out off rangers at home????? we have scored 2 goals in europe this season, the least ammount of any team including the belarusian champions bate:56: Am livid how we lost that game and the reason we lost it was the manager not bad luck but bad tactics caldwell should never have started in midfield, maloney should have been on much sooner, loovens has looked * since we signed him, robson should have been in the middle and samaras was pish against st mirren and was dis interested last night and should never have been on the field. Whos fault>>>>>>MANAGERS FAULT:38:

All you doom and gloomers really get on my *. The facts are: we played well, the tactics were right, we deserved to win, samaras was *, caldwell was amazing, aalborg won with a great amount of luck. That's it in a nutshell. People here who are saying it's a disgrace and calling strachan obscenities should question themselves of whether they're celtic fans or not. To support celtic is to support celtic through win and defeat.

Very true but Gordon isn't celtic. If his decisions are bad and signing are bad then why support him? Cheer on the team win, lose or draw but the manager has to take responsibility for his short comings.

Some people just can't accept the unfortunate things that happen in football. Moaning isn't going to win us games, nor will it change the result of last night.

It was a bitter pill to swallow last night! But for me it was CL or bust, i said if can't win last night we don't deserve to be playing in europe, kinda glad we're not in uefa because if we can't get a result against aalborg home or away how the * can we get a good run in uefa? Just my opinion. On a positive i really want this 4 in a row more than ever now & that sharpness we lost through injuries will come back. Gotta get right behind the team again & push on in the domestic front, bread n butter and all that. Next year in europe might be a different story.
