A good analysis of where we are

It seems that the Board want to spend a max of 2.5 million on one player. Usually lately, we seem to spend less. We need to invest in the team to improve. If there is more investment we could be in the Champions league, year-on-year. I also think money cannot fix all the problems. We need players with bottle. Senior players went missing the other night. Also, basic defending from set pieces and in general play was poor in both ties. Concentration levels were poor. This should be sorted out on the training ground, it is bread and butter stuff. It is such a pity as we have a great history in Europe and the Champions League is where we should be.
