Neither Samaras nor Fortune score anywhere enough goals. Murphy doesn't come across as a predator. Hooper, I have never seen that bhoy before.. we will see.

if Hooper ain't turning out to be a great goal poacher, I feel Rasmussen is the only one at our club. Our own Boyd or McDonald. Lazy as *, but knows where the goal is (based on his previous stats).

I think Lenny should be fair to the lad, he deserves a chance to show what he can do. I'm still with him:50:

Rassa is a player who is perfect for the SPL. Without intending to be harsh, he's a poor lone striker and he's not as effective in bigger games, but in those scrappy winter SPL games at places like Hamilton etc he can get us match winning goals as proved at Hamilton and against Hibs last season. He's a great squad player to have, but he shouldn't walk into the side, he should only be played in certain games.

The guy needs a decent run out in the team,so i voted yes.He needs a good run out and then we can judge him.

I believewe should give him a chance bhoys , he has had little game time yet has managed to score a good few goals , I would give him a few run outs as a lone striker with pacey wingers supporting him before I pass judgement.

The guy deserves a chance. Was unlucky that Keane was signed pretty much at the same time, but he constantly scored in the reserves, scored pretty much whenever he came on. If he gets a good run of games I think he could do the damage. Just don't know who would be best to partner him?
Thought he played great with Keane when they played together against Falkirk or Killie I think. Maybe him and Hooper could make a decent partnership.

Yes,Simply because we have'nt seen enough of him ,he has been over looked by Mowbray and Lennon to a extent but given a proper run in the team is the only way you can judge a player.

Lets be totally honest here punters, when we bought big rassa, what did the label say he was ! " a poacher", and in the times that i have saw him play for us, he done exactly that and was always a threat for us, anytime play was in the other teams box. Can't mind exactly how many he scored and what his ratio of assists was, but i'd say nobad, considering the injuries he's had, and the games were we were crying out for somebody to bang the ball in the net. Can honestly say i feel we haven't seen enuff of him, but his ability looks a bit ruff to me, could be a good thing, but then could be a bad thing, I'm for giving the big man a chance, and hopefully maybe see get a run of 5 or 6 games, then i think we would all be in a better position, to voice an honest opinion

He certainly can stick away chances, something lacking from most of our strikers last season and this pre season. My only concern is that he's a bit of a Boyd, waiting in the box, finishing chances that come his way but not creating them himself. This isn't really what we want at this stage, when we are struggling to really create anything. Hopefully after a few games, when the team comes together, he'll come good. He has my backing.

i dont think lenny fancies him which is a shame hes never had the chance to show what he can do over 4-5 games, he needs a proper crack at it!!
