    well that's wrong for a start. Parliament cant bring back the death penalty because it is against European law

    It shoulve been * filmed at leaked out of what happens to you when you get caught in prison,sick *,i hope is was long and painful,i pray you felt pain that no ever human being could experience...couldnnt even read the article as i have a 2 yr old girl myself..i know pray he is in * getting his soul ripped to shreds for eternity

    A fair point, but it's not really what I was arguing about. What I was intimating is that any decision to take the life of a convict should only ever be taken by lawmakers - not by fellow convicts!
