The month of November began with yet another huge game for a team that was now becoming accustomed to playing in, well, huge games. Celtic went to Mönchengladbach knowing that they would need to reverse the result at Parkhead between the two sides in order to have a realistic chance of achieving European football after Christmas for the first time in two seasons. It seemed as though the bhoys had a mountain to climb when Lars Stindl gave the Bundesliga outfit the lead on 32 minutes.
