Celtic Claim Wenger’s Wilshere Wizard?
The rumour mill surrounding Celtic’s January transfer window activity took a further turn today, with reports suggesting that Tony Mowbray’s Bhoys will be looking to secure a loan deal for Arsenal’s teenage sensation Jack Wilshere.
Wilshere, whose progress under Arsene Wenger has been well documented in recent times, is a prodigious talent, flourishing under Wenger’s tutelage. At the tender age of 17, he already has 4 England Under-21 caps to his name, but first-team opportunities at the Emirates have been limited despite his promotion to the first team squad.

CELTS LOOK FOR HOME COMFORT
Celtic make a welcome return to Paradise this weekend as they bid to bounce back from two disappointing away days, the consequences of which, mean Tony Mowbray's men go into this weekends fixture with St Mirren having surrended top spot in the SPL title race.
It's pretty safe to say that the Hoops have yet to truly click under Mowbray, and with certain sections of the fanbase already showing their discontent, both players and management will be desperate to end what has been not only a below-par month, but a somewhat sluggish start to the season in general.
No-vember fireworks for the Hoops
One of the reasons according to Mowbray has been the seemingly stop-start nature of the season so far. The international breaks and the subsequent...

Dundee United v Celtic - Official Match Report
Dundee United 2 - 1 Celtic
Tannadice Park
Sunday November 22nd 2009
Dundee United came out on top in a close encounter after a late second half lapse from Celtic handed the home side all three points. Barry Robson had given the Bhoys the lead from the spot but Utd rallied with late goals from Jon Daly and Darren Dods sealing the Arabs first victory over Celtic in a decade.
The Bhoys were certainly the better side early on with Andreas Hinkel having a low effort well saved by Nicky Weaver and the impressive Aiden McGeady getting Marc Antoine Fortune in behind the defence with a perfect through ball and Fortune flashed a low ball across the face of the box. Barry Robson then went close for the visitors when his free kick just ended up over the wrong side of the bar.
Aiden McGeady again played Fortune in behind the Utd defence after a magnificent run and pass but the striker could not get the ball out from between...

Caddis has had enough of Celtic Park Disappointment
Scotland under-21 captain Paul Caddis has lifted the lid on his frustration at a continuing lack of chances to impress at Celtic Park.
The attacking full-back is held in high esteem by Celtic’s fan base, who are also dissatisfied that a player with obvious talent at his young age is not getting a run of first team action – especially at a time when financial constraints limit the club’s transfer activity.
